Recently join the dancing
for a musical drama
tat wil probably be held at November.

Today is the audition
for the dance
jes learn the step yesterday
create by my classmates
n 6 of us in a group
plus 2day gt Maths quiz somemore
so,really rush..

Thanks God..
the Maths quiz nt very hard
n our dance
go sooo well
n we so relieve
whn the organizer said tat
"u guys r DEFNITELY can dance
n r DEFNITELY in!"


As i being said to b
lack of exercise here by my fren,
practice dance in the days onward
should a more than enough exercise for me le hehe..

But,
this mean i will be more busy,too..
gt bit worry
hope i can handle both
study n dancing practise well..

Anyway,
i wil do my best part

Last night at church
pastor give us this sharing topic
"Be a good keeper of our body"
hw to qualify us 4 a good keeper?

First,
we need to take good care of our health..
at least exercise once in a week
have balance diet
drink lots of water
n eat sufficient fruit oso..

Next,
avoid doing things tat wil coz damage
to our body..
avoid fight
avoid drugs
avoid over working
til body cannot hold on..

Our body
is the home 4 holy spirit
is a gift from our heavenly father
as He have trust in us
He gives us the freedom
to take good care of tis 'home'
and indeed
we should not let our God down
n need take good care of this little body,too..

As gal
we also need to protect
our body nicely too..
be brave to say NO
to things
tat wil pollute our body..

As a christian
we need to make good use
of our body
to set a good example
among others,
to glorify
the name of our
almighty God..
